The global blockchain exchange Alta presents itself as the largest digital platform in Southeast Asia for trading and investing in tokenized and alternative assets. Previously, it operated under the Fundnel brand. The project was launched in 2015.
The Alta digital exchange is authorized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Securities Commission Malaysia. The project offers participants to invest in and trade the following assets:
private equity — buyout of shares of companies that are not traded on the stock exchange;
luxury assets;
real estate;
funds;
private credit — debt financing of companies with income in the form of interest on loans.
Individual and institutional investors with accreditation are allowed to participate. The minimum investment is $500. Alta Exchange does not charge them any fees for accessing the platform. All fees are borne by the person selling the assets. To place an order on the Alta digital exchange, an investor needs the services of a sales representative.
