The site is simple and intelligible. It is presented in four language versions: Russian, English, Polish and German. There are training materials for traders. The homepage indicates the availability of multilingual technical support, but the section "About Us: Terms and Conditions" indicates that customers will receive messages from technical support in English. And you can contact company representatives only in writing. There are no phone numbers.
Also on the homepage it is indicated that the technical support works 24/7, while in the section "About Us: Terms and Conditions" it is mentioned about 24/6 work. The company guarantees 100% safe trading environment and investment protection. Again, these words are baseless. The "About Us" section writes about numerous loyal customers, but there are no evidences to confirm this.
