Trader Reviews

I used Exodus to swap some crypto, and next thing I know, I’m stuck in AML checks with THREE different exchange partners. Now, I get it might not all be on Exodus, but honestly, who they partner with really matters. Two of the exchanges, thankfully, got their stuff together they did their AML checks quick, looked over my docs, and sent my funds back fast. No drama. But then there’s n.exchange man, they dragged me through the mud. Requested a laundry list of docs, I sent everything they asked for, even did a video call, and passed with flying colors. Yet, they’re still holding my money hostage, with no word on when I’ll get it back. I trusted Exodus to route my transaction through legit providers, but this whole ordeal has been a nightmare — stressful, a huge time sink, and straight-up concerning. Honestly, Exodus needs to step up and be more responsible about who they let into their platform. They gotta make sure we’re not left hanging with our funds indefinitely just because of some vague “compliance” BS. Heads up to anyone using Exodus — you might end up dealing with long, crappy verification waits, even if your funds are legit. Be ready for the frustration.

The interface is really, really laggy. There were times when the balance simply wouldn’t load no matter how many times I tried to sync. Restoring the wallet using the seed phrase helped, and after that, the balance and transactions displayed correctly. Overall, it’s a pretty decent crypto wallet with support for multiple cryptocurrencies, but the interface really leaves something to be desired.
